Very talented floral designer from Down Under, it's Tina Clegg from the Gold Coast, Australia

Tina Clegg, born in the north of Australia, came to the flower business over 30 years ago 1980 as a trainee. From 1985 ’til 1996 she worked as a senior florist and store manager in different flower shops all over Australia. In 1996 she established her own floral design company, Botanique (Flowers by Tina). This flower shop mainly concentrates on weddings, hotels, different kinds of events and special occasions. It is located at the Gold Coast, Australia.

Over the years Tina Clegg has participated in various different floral design courses and events. She has also competed in floral design competitions and succeeded very well. She has also been tutored by few of the best florists in Europe and in the world.

Tina Clegg and Botanique do a lot of flower arrangements for companies and corporations.

Flowers have been her passion for over 40 years. She says: ”As a child I collected flowers from the garden (including weeds, I wasn’t fussy) and made little arrangements all around our home.” She has worked with flowers now over 30 years but little did she know when she started. The passion for flowers ignited her. At the time Tina was unaware how working with flowers would shape her life and reward her, creatively and financially. She is also very inspired by nature and have a deep respect for the bloom.
