Beautiful Arrangement
Bought this arrangement for a friend who had just lost her husband. Everything from choosing the arrangement, pricing & delivery were 5 star. I searched a few online sites and Botanique had the nicest arrangements available in 3 different sizes and the receiver adored them. Highly recommend for products and service

I was a bit disappointed that there were no orchids in the arrangement when it said there would be in the description and it is the reason I picked this arrangement, however the end result was still beautiful and generous in size. It was delivered without any problems. Botanique Note: We are sorry that you were unhappy with the lack of orchids, we have been having trouble sourcing imported flowers such as orchids since covid hit as they do not arrive as often as they once did. We have generally been using white snapdragons as a substitution as they have a similar appearance. I hope this helps explain our substitution for you :) We have also now adjusted the desciption to save furture upset.

My friend absolutely loved it. Her family loved the container the bouquet was in. The lilies bloomed a few days after she received it. It was beautiful.

I was really pleased with Diana (the assistant) on the phone she was very polite & helpful, the flowers were delivered very promptly. When doing thing from interstate you are at the mercy of the supplier, our daughter in law said they were beautiful (hopefully they were) Cheers
