Returns Policy: Botanique Flowers reserves the right to include flowers in tight bud to ensure longevity and may substitute selected flowers with similar in the event the pictured varieties are not in season or are currently unavailable. In the event your order has not met your expectations, please return the unsatisfactory item to our studio: Botanique, 103/3 Sir John Overall Drive, Helensvale, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, 4212, within 24hrs and we will provide you with a 'no questions asked' full replacement. For interstate and international orders, please contact us on 07 55737666 within 24hrs and we will follow up the complaint with the sending florist.

    Our sister went 'Wow, what a beautiful arrangement !' upon receiving the Aussie Wilderness. She sent us the photo and it was a great overall presentation of fresh and bright flowers. Also, a wonderful experience dealing with Chloe, the Senior Florist, who was very attentive to my requests and order. The delivery was on time. Thank you very much to the creative and friendly team for the excellent and professional service.

    receiver was not home on day of receipt of flowers but received a text from driver to say they had been left.receiver was very happy with both flowers and service
