In the event your order has not met your expectations, please return the unsatisfactory item to our studio: Botanique, 103/3 Sir John Overall Drive, Helensvale, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, 4212, within 24hrs and we will provide you with a 'no questions asked' full replacement. For interstate and international orders, please contact us on 07 55737666 within 24hrs and we will follow up the complaint with the sending florist.

    We ordered flowers for a family member from VIC. The online process was very easy and I could order when suited me, and the email updates were great. The managers special was great value, beautifully arranged and contained such vibrant colours and a variety of flowers. It certainly bought a smile to the recipient's face and that's the most important thing! The free delivery was a great inclusion too, and I would certainly use your service again.
