Great service!
Ordered flowers with an express delivery time frame and they were delivered within given time & also made the persons day as it was a surprise. Nice bouquet - know if all flowers are in season
Ordered this bouquet for my Nana's 70th birthday as the picture showed that the bunch had iris's (Nan's favourite). Not knowing the seasonal nature of the iris, I didnt realise that they would not be included in this bouquet. The replacement flower was nice, but would have been better with the iris. The ordering system was easy to navigate, the email notifications were good too. Delivery was on time too. Would use Botanique flowers again.
